       Here is the way I
        rate Spider Solitair Games
      Rating
        System: 1 = easiest.
        5
        = Super Challenge

= So easy you can turn
up all or almost all the hidden cards in the first round. The game continues
to play easily all the way to the end. To make these games more of a challenge,
you can deal the whole deck at the end of the first round, then see if
        you can still win.

        = Most of the hidden
cards get turned up in the first round, but not enough to be a sure thing.
The rest of the game plays out, easily. The outcome is never in doubt.

        = If you play carefully
and don't miss any opportunities, these games usually can be won without
starting over, but they're still challenging.

= If I win it the first
time, it won't get a 4. This rating is for games that I think are interesting
enough to be worth starting over a few times, but not more than 5 times.

= If it takes me several
hours and I lose track of how many times I have to start over, it gets
a 5. The other requirement is that something about the game has to rouse
my interest. To me, there's a big difference between challenging and just
plain frustrating. Most losing games don't get a 2nd chance from me. So
far, I've only had one of these super challenge games worthy of the 5
        rating.
